  • Standard Delivery – Affordable and dependable service across the country, ideal for regular orders.

All our delivery partners are selected for their reliability, speed, and careful handling—so your health products arrive in perfect condition.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • ✅ Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • 🔄 Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • 🚫 Non-returnable Items: Opened, used, or tampered items, and products bought on clearance or special discounts, are not eligible for return or exchange due to health and safety concerns.

  • 📦 Return Process:

    1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

    2. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

 

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

Sometimes, deliveries may take a bit longer due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays. If it's been more than 1-2 inside of Dhaka and 3-5 business days for outside of Dhaka (for standard delivery), feel free to contact us

Do you deliver on public holidays?

At NutraMart BD, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, please note the following:

  • 🚫 No Deliveries on Sundays – Sunday is our weekly off day.

  • 📅 Public Holidays – Deliveries are generally not available on national public holidays. Orders placed during these times may experience a slight delay and will be processed on the next working day.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. For urgent orders or delivery timelines, feel free to contact our support team.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We offer next-day delivery for many orders—and you can even request urgent same-day delivery via Pathao in certain areas!

✅ Next-Day or Urgent Delivery Is Available:

  • For in-stock items ordered before 12:00-03:00 PM

  • In Dhaka city and select nearby locations

  • If you choose Pathao Courier and are willing to pay the extra fee for express delivery

🚫 Not Available:

  • On Sundays (our off day)

  • During national holidays

  • In remote or out-of-coverage areas

  • For orders placed after the cutoff time

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, yes—we recommend that you or someone you trust is present to receive the delivery.

Here's Why:

  • 📦 To verify the order and ensure it arrives in perfect condition

  • 🧾 Some deliveries may require a signature or confirmation for proof of delivery

  • 🛡️ To avoid any issues with lost or misplaced packages

If you're unavailable, please make sure a family member, friend, or building security can receive the parcel on your behalf.
